Hi Hunter, First of all, I wanted to say how impressed I am with the new Roo, and as well, let you know how impressed I am with the service from you and the rest of the staff I was involved with. The delivery driver was also very cordial and courteous and helpful. Though we have not had a chance to get it in the woods, I plan in two weeks when I am done with classes. We have slept in it numerous times in the driveway thanks to my 4-year olds excitement, although I have to say, it does not take me much convincing. I will likely be a customer for life (though I hope we won't have to buy one again for at least a few years) because of the pleasant transaction and open communication I received from you as well as from Brian, and Ernie when you were gone.
