We purchased our Primetime Lacrosse Luxury lite trailer from All Seasons last year. Every part of the purchase was stress-free and enjoyable. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. In addition, this year–a year after purchase–we called about a situation involving moving our trailer–nothing to do with the trailer itself which has been perfect all regards. All we were hoping for was some advice on how best to proceed, but what we got was the SAME friendly and helpful response from everyone we talked to, and, to top it all off, they made our problem disappear. We had a great experience buying our 2020 Rockwood rv at All Seasons. Our salesman was Rob Kusowski. He was great to work with from the start. He quoted us a good price and answered all of our questions we could think of. He was very knowledgeable about the products and even sold us even more on the unit with things we did not even know it had. We had a great experience picking it up also from dealing with financing to service showing is the ropes on the unit. From start to finish it could not have gone better. They will be our first stop for the next one for sure. - Craig
Working with Kim was great! We special ordered our 5th wheel and it came in exactly as requested. Our entire experience was terrific and we highly recommend working with Kim at All Seasons. The finance rep and walk through rep were awesome too. Additionally, I had to install a king pin plate on our unit and an employee, who was leaving for the day as is was 6pm, noticed I was having some difficulty. He asked another employee to help me and I can thank both of them enough for going above and beyond!!! - Chris

My wife and I have been looking for the perfect camper for a couple years now but just couldn’t find the right one. After taking with Derek Sly, a salesmen at All Season RV, he help us fine the one we wanted. There are quite a few Dealers that are closer to where we live, but the service we got from Derek was beyond expectations. Every question we had and every phone call we gave him was responded to quickly and efficiently, making our purchase very easy. We recently purchased a used travel trailer from here. Derek was professional and responded quickly with questions. We live 2 hours from the store and he was quick to respond to questions, and willing to make accommodations to best fit our schedule. When we picked up the RV the entire All Seasons team took their time to fully answer all of our questions, and to make sure we fully understood everything we needed to know about the travel trailer.
I would recommend All Seasons to anyone looking to purchase a Used or New RV. It was worth the time and drive for us to have such great customer service.
P.S. Even after the sale they reached out to see if we had left a jacket at the showroom, and they were willing to ship it to us! That is great customer service! - Michael

We recently returned from Florida with our 5th wheel and found the front right landing gear leg would not work, meaning I could not disconnect and park our camper. I called All Seasons in Muskegon MI and spoke to Brandon in the Service Department. Brandon went out of his way to fit me in right away the next morning. The All Seasons technician that worked on my unit was Paul, who is obviously very experienced. Paul came out to where I had pulled up, quickly identified the problem and fixed the issue on the spot. Paul also took the time to give me some pointers and identified an issue with my hitch that he suggested I keep an eye on. All Seasons saved a stranded camper in spite of the fact that the Service Department was booked with spring prep and new camper delivery. Thank you Brandon, Paul and All Seasons. - M
I just bought A DRV From all seasons. They are amazing! In being full-time RV ers. We realize there are things that have to be fixed no matter if it’s new or not, that’s just the way it is. My experience with Tim the manager of service was amazing and his team of Brett, Chad, Adam, everyone bent over backwardsTo make sure everything was perfect and in perfect working order. I really appreciate the service team, their expertise, their knowledge and commitment to their customer was over the top. If you are buying an RV this is the place to buy it.
